Now the sun is finally here, the cocktail connoisseurs at Dirty Martini are launching the ultimate way to end a summer’s day. Dirty Martini’s Gin Blush Cocktail recipe

Glass: Rocks or tumbler
Garnish: 3 raspberries and a mint sprig


40ml Gin

20ml Elderflower Liqueur

25ml Fresh apple juice

5-6 Fresh raspberries


First muddle six fresh raspberries in your mixing glass .

Add your gin, elderflower liqueur and fresh apple juice.

Shake hard over then double strain in top a tumbler over crushed ice.

Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.
