HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Our standard delivery for mainland UK is £6.95 per delivery address, regardless of how many bottles you buy. For the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) the delivery charge is £14 per delivery address. For all international delivery and/or payment with an internationally registered card please call +44 (0)20 8892 3042 or email help@cellarviewines.com and we can process the order for you.

 
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

If you order before 1pm we will deliver your order the next day and within 24 hours for mainland UK, excluding weekends. On orders placed after 1pm we will dispatch your order the following day on 24 hour delivery, excluding weekends. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) can take an extra few days. If there is a problem with your delivery we will contact you, or for a clearer estimate on the delivery of your order please call +44 (0)20 8892 3042 or email help@cellarviewines.com quoting your reference number (CVWXXXXX).

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

 

CAN I SAVE MONEY BY EARNING LOYALTY POINTS?

CAN I ORDER WINES AND SPIRITS AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes you can. Any combination of wines and spirits will get packaged and shipped to your requested delivery address at the same time.

 
HOW DO I REGISTER AS A MEMBER AND IS THERE A COMMITMENT TO BUY?

There is no commitment to buy from us and membership is free. To become a member of CellarVie Wines register using the icon in the top left hand corner of the page. Alternatively you can join our mailing list by entering your email address in the EMAIL ME OFFERS box, in the top left hand side of any page.

 
HOW MUCH IS MEMBERSHIP?

Membership is free. You only pay for what you buy.

 
CAN I SEND A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?

Yes you can. You will be asked in the basket if you wish to gift wrap your order; the cost is calculated for you in the basket page and includes the option to add a personalised message.

 
CAN I COLLECT MY GOODS FROM YOUR OFFICE?

No unfortunately you can not. We do not stock any of our wines on site.
