How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery for mainland UK is £6 per delivery address. For the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) delivery charge is £14 per delivery address.

How long does delivery take?
We will deliver your order within two working days for mainland UK, although please allow up to six working days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) can take an extra few days. If there is a problem with your delivery we will contact you.

What if I am not in when the delivery is attempted?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Is it true I can save money by earning Loyalty Points
Yes. CellarVie Wines will reward your loyalty. You earn Loyalty Points every time you buy from us, refer a friend, and even when your referred friends make a purchase. For the full list of ways to earn points and save money, visit out Loyalty Points page.

Can I order spirits and wine at the same time?
Yes. We hold all stock in the same warehouse so any combination of wines and spirits will get packaged and shipped at the same time.

How do I register as a member and is there any commitment to buy from you?
There is no commitment to buy from us and membership is free. To become a member of CellarVie Wines register using the icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively you can join our mailing list by entering your email address in the EMAIL ME OFFERS box, in the top left hand side of any page.

Is membership free?
Membership is free. You only pay for what you buy.

Can I send a personalised message?
Yes you can. You will be asked in the basket if you wish to gift wrap your order; this costs £1.20 per bottle and includes the option to add a personalised message.

Can I collect from your Twickenham office?
No, we do not stock our wines on site.
