Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka

Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka

This bison grass-infused vodka has a naturally distinct taste and it’s based on a traditional formula which dates back to the XIV century. Indeed down through the ages vodka flavoured with bison grass has long been a favourite of the Polish nobility.
Long produced in the Bialowieza region, home to Europe’s last remaining herd of bison and Europe’s last remaining primeval forest. This quality brand’s hallmark is a strand of bison grass which is slotted into every bottle produced. The flavour is extracted by repeatedly forcing rye vodka over the crushed bison grass – a process which gives it a faint green hue. This is without a doubt one of the tastiest vodkas around.

Cocktail of the Week: Long Island Iced Tea

Eleven years ago to the day, the much-beloved George Harrison died of lung cancer. In honour of the “quiet Beatle” the team at CellarVie Wines wanted to recall his beautifully crafted song, ‘Here Comes The Sun’, from The Beatles' 1969 album Abbey Road and its wonderfully simple yet happy sentiments, in an effort to encourage some cocktail induced revelry on a Thursday night.
